Sterling Investments Ltd advised that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held on February 21, 2015 at 5:00 pm at the Bay Garden Inn, Rodney Bay, Gross Islet, St. Lucia. The following resolutions will be contemplated:
1. Resolution No# 1 increasing the share capital of the Company
2. Resolution No# 2 approving the share/stock split
3. Resolution No # 3 authorizing the Directors to implement a Rights Issue
4. Resolution No # 4 authorizing the Directors/Secretary to execute all required steps and documents to give effect to the share/stock split and to implement the Right Issue
Additionally, the Directors intend to consider the payment of a final dividend at the Directors meeting that is also scheduled on February 21, 2015.
