Sterling Investments Limited (SIL) Record Date for Rights Issue

“Pursuant to a notice published on October 8, 2019, Sterling Investments Limited hereby advises the public that the Company intends that the record date for its renounceable rights issue be December 27^TH, 2018.  The Company is seeking to raise at least J$600 million by offering its shareholders, as recorded on the share registry records of the Company on the Record Date, the right to participate in a rights issue of Two (2) Ordinary Shares for every block of Three (3) shares already held at a subscription price of J$3.08 per share. The Rights Issue will be in respect of an additional 200,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.”
