Stanley Motta Limited (SML) has advised that there is a further delay in the filing of its 2019 Annual Report. The Company states that the delay is caused by the impact COVID-19 has had on its operations and that of external parties involved in the preparation of the report.
The Company anticipates that the outstanding 2019 Annual Report will be submitted to the Jamaica Stock Exchange by July 31, 2020.
