Stanley Motta Limited – Ordinary Shares Basis of Allocation

NCB Capital Markets Limited has advised on the Basis of Allocation of the Ordinary Shares of Stanley Motta Limited, following the successful closure of its Invitation for Subscription.

Methodology for allotment of Ordinary Shares:

1. Reserve Shares. All applicants in the Reserved Shares pool were allocated 100% of the shares for which they applied.
2. General Public. All applicants in the General Public pool were allocated 100% of the shares for which they applied.
