SSL Venture Capital Limited (SSLVC) has advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Company has been rescheduled and will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. The venue has been changed to The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel, 81 Knutsford Boulevard, Kingston 5.
SSLVC states that this is due to the Company being unable to meet the clear notice period of 21 days in which to deliver the relevant documents to its shareholders
SSLVC further advised that the new date will be notified as soon as the Board has decided.
