NOTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of the Shareholders of SSL Venture Capital Jamaica Limited (“the Company”) will be held at Unit #15, Barbican Business Centre, 88 Barbican Road, Kingston 6, in the parish of Saint Andrew and virtually on the 13th day of June 2022 at 10:00 am to consider, and if thought fit, adopt the following ordinary resolution:
- “That the company name be changed from SSL Venture Capital Jamaica Limited to MFS Capital Partners Limited, which name has been reserved with the Companies Office of Jamaica.”
