SSL Venture Capital Jamaica Limited (SSLVC) has advised of a delay in the submission of its 2018 annual report. The Company has advised that the delay is due to the unavailability of the audited financial statements for the year ended 2018. SSLVC anticipates that the report will be submitted on or before June 28, 2019.
SSLVC has further advised that a notice will be placed in either the May 6 or 7, 2019 Jamaica Observer.
