On April 23, 2020, SSL Venture Capital Jamaica Limited (SSLVC) released “Peart Reacquires Majority Ownership of Bluedot” to the market. The agreement was expected to be closed on the 30th June 2021 upon finalisation of all payments and transfer of shares however the purchaser is now in breach of the contract.
No further information can be disclosed at this time as it is now a legal matter.
