Mrs. Hall-Tracey is Managing Director for LASCO Financial Services Limited, a position which she has held since 2009. Prior to being appointed Director, for five years she was General Manager for two companies simultaneously, LASCO Financial Services Limited and LASCO Remittance Services Limited and managed the two seamlessly, eventually amalgamating them into one strong and successful company upon the listing on the Junior Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange in 2010. 

As the Managing Director of LASCO Financial Services Limited, Mrs. Jacinth Hall-Tracey makes it her mission to deliver continuous value for shareholders and indeed has a track record for doing so. She has also passionately embraced the Government of Jamaica’s Financial Inclusion Strategy in the company’s mission, to ensure that the average unbanked Jamaican will get access to affordable financial services.

She is a vibrant, goal-oriented and dynamic leader with distinct capacity to make things happen.  Under her stewardship, the company has received several awards from the Jamaica Stock Exchange at their annual Best Practices Awards.  Since receiving 1st place Best Performing Company, Junior Market in 2013, between 2014 and 2017 the company has been privileged to be recognized for runner up positions for performance, annual report or website design.  Other recognitions include the Business Suite Magazine’s November 2014 issue naming Mrs. Hall-Tracey among the top ten Caribbean CEOs, and in 2013 she was named the top CEO on the Jamaica Stock Exchange Junior Market.

Mrs. Hall-Tracey has over 28 years management experience, over 20 of which have been in the Financial Services Industry and 5 years in banking.  She was not always in finance, however, as she began her management career in the Hospitality Industry where she spent 5 years in rooms management and spa management.

Mrs. Hall-Tracey is President of the Jamaica Money Remitters Association, Past President of the Cambio Association of Jamaica and member of Jamaica Micro Financing Association(JaMFA) Limited.

She sits on the Boards of LASCO Distributors Limited, LASCO Manufacturing Limited and LASCO Microfinance Limited. She holds a BA with Honours from the University of the West Indies, an MBA from Herriot Watt University, Edinburgh Business School and in early 2018 completed the JSE E-Campus course,  Director’s Strategic Guide to Corporate Governance and Leadership.
