Seprod’s Suspension Lifted

KINGSTON, JAMAICA, JULY 20, 2007) The Jamaica Stock Exchange today (July 20, 2007) has lifted the suspension on the trading in the shares of Seprod Group Ltd. The suspension has been lifted as Seprod has submitted its Group audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006 as well as their first quarter results, for March 31, 2007, after close of trading on Thursday, July 19, 2007.

Trading in Seprod’s shares was suspended on May 14, 2007 due to their failure to provide material information to the JSE in keeping with JSE’s rule 407 which speaks to the to the submission of Quarterly Financial Statements within 45 days of a company’s financial period.

Mrs. Street Forrest, General Manager of the JSE, expressed satisfaction that the company’s report has fulfilled the JSE’s requirement and said that trading in the shares would resume immediately.
