Seprod Ltd. (SEP)- has commenced negotiations for sale of its shares in Productive Business Solutions to Musson Jamaica Ltd.

The Board of Directors of Seprod Ltd. has voted with the directors appointed by Musson Jamaica Ltd. not participating and abstaining from voting to commence negotiations for the sale of the entire shareholding of Seprod Ltd. in Productive Business Solutions Ltd. (St. Lucia) and CBM Ltd. (St. Lucia) to Musson Jamaica Ltd.
