Seprod Limited (SEP) has advised that Director Hugh Gentles has resigned from its Board of Directors, effective February 22, 2021.
“Hugh Gentles has been a Director of the Company since 2016 and resigned his position in order to pursue other opportunities. The Directors and management of the Company wish him success in his endeavours,” states SEP.
