Seprod Limited (SEP) has advised that in response to the emergence of the global CoVid 19 (Coronavirus) pandemic and with persons testing positive for the virus in Jamaica, the government has declared the country
a disaster area and has made several moves to limit transit and to promote “social distancing”, which has resulted in a significant disruption in business operations.
Due to this disruption, Seprod Limited advised that the Company will not be able to meet the deadline to file its 2019 Annual Report, and requests the extension afforded by the Jamaica Stock Exchange to submit its 2019 Annual Report by May 29, 2020.
