Seprod Limited (SEP) has advised that at a Board of Directors’ meeting held on June 5, 2017, the following resolution was passed:
“THAT a dividend of Sixty Cents ($0.60) per share be paid to all shareholders on record as at June 19, 2017, AND THAT the payment date of the dividend be July 14, 2017. “
The ex-dividend date is June 15, 2017.
