Seprod Limited (SEP) has advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 17, 2019, the following resolution was passed:
“THAT a dividend of fifty cents ($0.50) per share be paid to all shareholders on record as at August 2, 2019 AND THAT the payment date of the dividend be August 30, 2019”.
The ex-dividend date is July 31, 2019.
