Seprod Ltd.(SEP) – Dividend

At a meeting of the Board of Directors of Seprod Limited, held on 5^th June 2006, the following resolution was passed.

“That a Dividend of Thirty Cents ($0.30) per share be paid to all shareholders on record as at 3^rd July, 2006 and that the payment date of the Dividend be 27^th July 2006.”
