Seprod Limited (SEP) – Capital Distribution

At a meeting of the Board on May 7, it was resolved that a capital distribution of 30 cents per share (less Transfer Tax) be paid to all shareholders on record as at May 18, 2001 and that the payment date of the capital distribution be June 6, 2001.
