Seprod Limited has advised of the following changes to the Board which were effected at Directors Meeting held on April 8, 2013:
1. Mr. Peter John Thwaites was appointed Vice Chairman consequent on the passing of Dr. Richard Jones on March 31, 2013. Mr. Thwaites is now also a member of the Executive Committee of the Board and hence, a director of all subsidiaries of Seprod Ltd.
2. Mr. Stephen Black was appointed Director replacing Mr. Antony Hart who resigned on March 5, 2013.
