Seprod Ltd.(SEP)- Acquisition

Seprod Ltd. has signed an agreement to purchase from Jamaica Flour Mills Ltd. and Jamaica Producers Group Ltd. all the shares in Belvedere Ltd. which owns and operates a farm at Belvedere Estate in St. Thomas.

Completion of the agreement is expected to take place at the end of August, 2006.
