Scotia Group Jamaica Limited (SGJ) has advised that SGJ’s Board of Directors on June 12, 2019, passed the following resolution:
“Be it resolved that a second interim dividend of 0.51 cents and a special dividend of $1.94 cents be paid on each stock unit of the paid up capital stock of the Company to stockholders on record as at the close of business on July 2, 2019 and that the same be payable on July 24, 2019.”
The ex-dividend date is July 1, 2019.
