Scotia Group Jamaica Limited (SGJ) has advised that at the Annual General Meeting held on March 9, 2017, the following directors of SGJ and The Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Limited (BNSJ) retired, with effect from March 9, 2017:
- Mr. Anthony Chang, C.D.
Retired from the boards of SGJ & BNSJ in accordance with the companies’ Corporate Governance Policy, Directors Term Limits; - Mr. Charles Johnston, C.D.
Retired from the Board of SGJ in accordance with the Company’s Corporate Governance Policy, Directors Term Limits; and - Mr. Joseph Matalon, C.D.
Retired from the boards of SGJ & BNSJ; did not offer himself for reelection for personal reasons
