The Board of Directors of Scotia Group Jamaica Limited passed the following resolution :-
“That an interim dividend of 37.0 cents be paid on each stock unit of the paid up capital stock of Scotia Group Jamaica Limited to stockholders on record as at the close of business on September 15, 2010 and that the same be payable on October 7, 2010.
The X date is September 13, 2010.
