Salada Foods Jamaica Limited (SALF) – Amended Notice of Annual General Meeting
Salada Foods Jamaica Limited (SALF) has advised that its 56th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 18, 2021, will now be held virtually on the same date, by electronic means pursuant to the Order of the Supreme Court of Jamaica, made in Claim Number SU2021000014 on February 18, 2021.
SALF also advised that it will be provided as soon as possible to its shareholders and the public further updates as to the registration process for attendance and participation at its 56th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
