Salada Foods Jamaica Limited (SALF) advises that there will be a delay in submission to the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) of its Annual Report for the year ended September 30, 2021 due to delays experienced by the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. SALF intends to submit its Annual Report on or before March 15, 2022 in keeping with the 45 days extension granted by the JSE to all listed companies whose annual report is due for submission on January 29, 2022.
SALF further advises that as soon as practicable, it will notify its shareholders and the JSE of the date of its 57th Annual General Meeting.
