Salada Foods Jamaica Limited (SALF) has advised that a director of SALF, namely Mr. Patrick Williams, has obtained from the Supreme Court in Claim Number SU2021000014 an Order made February 18, 2021 (Order) for, among other things, permission for SALF to hold its General Meetings for the years 2021-23, partially or wholly by electronic means.
SALF further stated that the Company is awaiting the original sealed perfected Order from the Court and will serve the JSE with an original copy of the perfected signed Order once they have obtained same from the Court.
