Salada Foods Ja Ltd- Acquired 70% shareholding in Pimora Company Ltd.

Salada Foods Jamaica Limited has advised that it has purchased 70% of the shareholdings in Pimora Company Limited for $26,000,000. This company will be manufacturing Pimento Briquettes for the local and export markets.
