Salada Foods Jamaica Limited has advised that the Company has entered into an agreement to acquire certain assets of Roberts Products Company Limited including freehold property and trademarks among other assets.
A new subsidiary, Mountain Peak Processors Limited, has been formed as the vehicle through which acquisition will be made.
