The Board of Sagicor Select Funds Limited (SELECT) wishes to advise that, further to Orders made by the Supreme Court on August 10, 2020, in relation to the manner in which the Company may proceed to hold its Annual General Meeting in light of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, August 11, 2020, will be postponed to September 11, 2020, and held virtually starting at 10:30 a.m.
