Sagicor Real Estate X FUND Limited (XFUND) has advised of the late filing of the Company’s 2019 Annual Report due to the unforeseen challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, which prevented the preparation of the Report.
XFUND anticipates that the Annual Report will be submitted on or before June 15, 2020.
