Sagicor Real Estate X Fund Limited (XFUND) – Delayed Reports

Sagicor Real Estate X Fund Limited (XFUND) has advised that the filing of their Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ending  December 31, 2018, will be further delayed.  XFUND further advised that as a consequence, the Company’s 2018 Annual Report which was due by April 30, 2019 and their Q1 Financial Statements which were due on May 15, 2019, have also been delayed.  The Company states that it is anticipated that the documents will be filed on or before May 27, 2019.
