Sagicor Real Estate X Fund Limited (XFUND) has advised that the filing of its audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2018 will be further delayed until mid May, 2019. Consequently, the Company’s 2018 Annual Report will also be delayed. XFUND anticipates that the reports will be filed on or before May 15, 2019.
