Sagicor Real Estate X Fund Limited (XFUND) has advised that it was not in a position to file its Annual Report by April 30, 2021, “due to the effect of the pandemic on the Company’s ability to physically coordinate the various moving parts required for the production of our Annual Report”.
XFUND has requested an extension and anticipates to publish their Annual Report on or before June 15, 2021.
