Sagicor Real Estate X Fund Limited (XFUND) has advised of the resignation of XFUND audiotrs, Messrs. Pricewaterhouse Coopers (St. Lucia) with effect from February 20, 2019 and the appointment of Grant Thornton (St. Lucia) as the new auditor effective February 21, 2019.
