Sagicor Real Estate X Fund Limited (XFUND) has advised that the audited financials for the year ended December 31, 2018, which were due to be submitted on March 1, 2019 are further delayed. The Company has indicated that the delay is attributable to the additional work required to implement the new Accounting Standard, IFRS 9.
XFUND has advised that it expects to submit the financials no later than April 15, 2019.
