Sagicor Real Estate X Fund Limited (XFUND) has advised that a special meeting of their Board of Directors held on July 10, 2019, Mr. Christopher Zacca was appointed the Chairman of the Board with effect from July 11, 2019.
XFUND further advised that Mr. Zacca succeeds Mr. Richard Byles who resigned from XFUND as Director and Chairman, effective June 30, 2019.
