Sagicor Real Estate X Fund Limited – Board Approval of the Issuance of Debt Instruments

On November 27, 2014 Sagicor Real Estate X Fund Limited advised that its board approved the issue of Debt Instruments
to finance the acquisition of the Hilton Rose Hall Property in Rose Hall, St. James. The financing is expected to be
concluded by the end of the year.
