Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) – Transfer of Shares

Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) has advised that 17,000 SJ shares were transferred to eligible employees of the Company on June 30, 2021, under the SLJ Employee Share Purchase Plan.

SJ further advised that two connected parties sold a total of 103,800 SJ shares on July 1, 2021.
