Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) SJ has advised of the transfer of 2,027,390 SJ shares to 29 Executives from the Trustee Sagicor Long-Term Incentive Plan on June 13, 2019.
SJ has also advised that two Senior Officers purchased a total of 260,995 SJ shares and that two connected parties sold a total of 275,995 SJ shares. These transactions were conducted on June 13, 2019.
