Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) has advised that the Company applied to the Court for an order to allow SJ to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) electronically. This will require an adjustment to the Notice hence the Company anticipates that its Annual Report will be available on or before July 15, 2020.
