Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) has advised that their Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 12, 2020, adopted a resolution to declare a second interim dividend of Forty-Four point six one cents ($0.4461) per stock unit payable on November 18, 2020, to shareholders on record at the close of business on October 28, 2020.
The dividend payment will be made in keeping with the Bank of Jamaica’s
previously issued guidelines regarding the suspension of dividends.
Accordingly, dividends will be made to eligible shareholders who hold 1%
or less of the shares in the company and which will require us obtaining
consent of the large shareholders holding more than 1% of the company’s
shares as at the record date.
The ex-dividend date is October 26, 2020.
