Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) has advised that the invitation for subscription of 3 new classes of Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares for Eppley Limited, made subject to its Prospectus dated June 30, 2021 was closed on July 26, 2021 at 4:00 pm.
SJ further advised that in keeping with the Jamaica Stock Exchange rules, the Basis of Allotment of Subscribers will follow.
