Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) has advised that at a special meeting of the Board of Directors of their subsidiary company, Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited, Mr. Bruce James was appointed the Chairman of the Board with effect from July 8, 2019.
SJ further advised that Mr. James, a Director since 2011, succeeds Mr. Richard Byles who resigned as Director and Chairman of SJ’s Board on June 30, 2019.
