Sagicor Group Jamaica – Appointment of Directors

This is to advise that a meeting of the Board of Directors held a meeting on June 3, 2014, the following persons were appointedas Directors of Sagicor Group Jamaica (SGJ) Limited effective June 4, 2014,  Mr. Stephen McNamara and Mr. Peter Melhado. In addition, Prof. Sir Hilary Beckles is no longer a Director effective June 4, 2014.
