Radio Jamaica Ltd. (RJR)- Late Financials

The Company advises that the Group’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2006 will not be available within the 60 days after the close of the year end. It is expected that the audited statements will be submitted to the stock exchange by mid June.
