Cable and Wireless Ltd. (LIME)- Resignation

Mr. Mark Thompson, Director and Chief Financial Officer, Cable and Wireless Jamaica Limited, has tendered his resignation from the said positions effective April 30, 2007.

Cable and Wireless has confirmed that Mr. Thompson was not a member of the Audit Committee.
