The annual general meeting will be held on November 13, 2001 at the Hospitality Centre at 214 Spanish Town Road at 11:30 a.m. At a meeting of the Board on September 25, 2001 resolutions were passed with respect to the recommendation by the Directors of the company that the company declare a final ordinary dividend of thirty cents (gross) per stock unit, record date is November 13, 2001 and payment date is November 27, 2001; and for a 17:40 bonus with a record date being December 28, 2001.
