RBTT Financial Holdings Ltd. (RBTT )- Sale of Shares

RBTT has confirmed the sale of nine million of its Guardian Holdings Ltd (GHL) shares at a price of $43.99. The sale realised a significant capital gain, which will be used to further build shareholder value and prepare RBTT for future acquisition, in keeping with the Group’s strategic growth plan. RBTT now holds approximately 15% of GHL, while GHL holds approximately 14% of RBTT.
