RBTT is aware of the keen interest of its stakeholders in the strategic discussions in which the bank has been involved, and to which it referred in its news release of July 12, 2007.
As a consequence, the bank wishes to advise that its Board of Directors, to date, has taken no decision on these discussions. The Board expects to inform its shareholders about the outcome of the strategic discussions in the near future. However, it wishes to emphasis there is no certainty that a transaction will result from any discussions.
