RBTT Financial Holdings Limited advises that given recent media reports alleging a proposed sale of RBTT, the Group feels it necessary to provide clarification to ensure that the market has accurate information. RBTT has received a proposal from a third party with respect to possible combination/partnership. This proposal is under consideration and RBTT can confirm that its Board of Directors has made no decision to recommend it to shareholders. Further, there can be no assurance that a transaction will result from this or any proposal. To avoid any undue speculation in the underlying securities of the Company, RBTT will keep the public informed of any subsequent development should its Board deem it necessary to do so.
