Radio Jamaica Limited (RJR) – Trading in Shares

Radio Jamaica Limited (RJR) has advised that two Executives collectively sold 148,796,235 RJR shares while two other Executives collectively purchased 148,796,235 RJR shares on April 6, 2015. RJR also advised that the trades were executed to achieve compliance with the company’s 10% restriction on shareholding in accordance with its Articles of Incorporation and fulfilling the provisions of the Scheme of Arrangement between Radio Jamaica Limited and the former Gleaner Company Limited.
